WE SELL LARGE FULLY ASSEMBLED FRAMES:

Most suppliers discourage customers from purchasing larger fully assembled frames. The possibility of damage is emphasized and oversized shipping charges are tacked on. We encourage you to buy oversized frames. Our custom built shipping boxes have virtually eliminated the possibility of damage. In addition, we have created a two-tier oversize shipping schedule. To help defray your costs in shipping, we give you a credit towards your shipping. This credit increases as the size of the order increases. This information is plainly visible in the cart area. In the rare case where a customer purchases a large frame and the size of the purchase is not large enough to make the oversize charge reasonable, we can send unassembled frames and remove the oversize charge. Our free shipping options and the reasonable prices for shipping larger frames are the best.

We have virtually no shipping damage on the items we send. However, if damage should occur, simply provide proof of damage and we will send a replacement item.

We use the best equipment and apply the most uncompromising standards in our shop. One example of our high standards is the level of sharpness that we demand of our saw blades. We use blades from the best suppliers, but even with the best blades on the saw, we will sometimes change out a pair of blades after cutting only 50 to 100 frames. Only the peak of sharpness will satisfy us.
