In most cases, shipping your frame un-assembled significantly reduces oversize shipping fees. We pre-cut the frame and send you everything needed for easy assembly. You will just need a few simple tools:

Ordering your frame unassembled is a great way to cut costs only if all the items in your order can also be shipped un-assembled. If you are ordering items that cannot be shipped un-assembled like:

we will not be able to reduce the size of your package or the cost to ship it.

Should you choose this option rest easy because orders with $350+ in oversize fees will be personally reviewed to see if we can reduce the costs. If we can save you money, we will let you know and refund the difference.

Sometimes, when there are multiple frames on an order we can ship them for less than what the website calculates. Our system calculates shipping on each frame separately, but when multiple frames are ordered, we can sometimes nest smaller frames inside larger ones to reduce box size or the number of boxes needed to ship your order.
