Steps we are taking to fight Coronavirus and keep our staff employed
The four owners of Web Picture Frames - Scott, Renae, Lloyd and Diane Lewis are planning to personally fulfill your online order if employees cannot work.
Our full-service local frame shop, Vistra Framing, is closed to new design customers. Finished custom framing orders may be paid over the phone and picked up from our shop in a brief fashion.
Employees are staggering their work schedules so that interactions are drastically reduced. Employees are not required to show up if they feel uncomfortable being at work due to the virus.
Our facility is 23,000 square feet. With only 10 people in the building at any time, each employee has a large production area to work in isolation.
Our staff is practicing the 6-foot rule.
We are using hand sanitizer, rubbing alcohol, Lysol, and Clorox wipes on a consistent daily basis.
Covid-19 is a deep, deep concern for all of us, and we are taking it very seriously. If the procedures we are implementing can prevent the virus from spreading, our goal is to practice suppression while remaining open for online fulfillment.
We are grateful for your business over the years, and we are honored to serve artists and framing customers in general. We are confident that our commitments to quality, fair pricing, and social well-being will allow us to continue providing employment to our talented staff for years to come, and to remain a valuable online resource for artists throughout America.
