How to Install an Easel Back on a Picture Frame

An easel back is a framing accessory that allows you to stand a frame up on a desk or a table top. The easel backs we sell are metal, and they come with screws that attach to either a wood or metal frame.

Keep in mind the size of your frame. Anything over 16x20 inches is too large to stand on a flat surface with these easel backs. They are designed for smaller frames, such as 5x7, 8x10, and 11x 14 frames.
