This 51-piece kit helps center artwork or a panel within a compatible floater frame during fitting. All shims are 2" squares: eight 3/16" foamboard pieces, 22 1/16" matboard pieces, and 21 3/32" hardboard pieces.

Combine thicknesses to make controlled spacing adjustments around the object. The shims are temporary positioning aids; they are not permanent mounting hardware and do not establish the safe attachment method.

Framing shop note: Confirm the intended surface before using any cleaner, cloth, eraser, adhesive, paper, or touch-up material. Test where appropriate and keep all finishing materials away from the visible artwork unless direct contact is specifically verified.
