WebPictureFrames is the internet outlet for our family owned and operated business, Vistra Framing & Gallery. We began in the arts and crafts industry in the seventies, selling a combination of woodworking and stained glass products. Through an evolution of the business, we embraced custom picture framing 25 years ago.

Throughout our evolutions we have always worked hard to produce the finest product at the best possible prices. My wife, and co-owner, Diane is a professional artist working in oils and pastels. She is keenly aware of the financial challenges artists face and encouraged the creation of our artist's wholesale frame program. Artists can place their art in our quality ready made frames and have a wonderful product that makes a profit.

At Webpictureframes.com we use the same Picture Frames and Mats on our website as we do in our retail custom framing business.
Picture framing products are sold at significantly lower prices on the internet verses regular custom framing stores because of greatly reduced business expenses and labor. The picture frames and mats that we sell are at true wholesale prices. We do not have to lower the quality of the products that we produce to sell at these prices.
Our primary frame suppliers are Larson Juhl, Omega, Studio, Max and Universal. Crescent is the number one supplier of mat board products to the framing industry. Their made in America products are of the highest quality. We proudly state that Crescent Mat Board is the only brand of mat we use.
We primarily sell brand name Picture Framing supplies. The Fletcher point driver, Clear Bags Artist Sleeves and the Soft Strand Stainless Steel Picture Wire are all examples of this. In the case of the Soft Strand Wire have the option of buying cheaper imports but we stay with the original, American made, Soft Strand.
If you want a price quote on any product that is manufactured or distributed by the frame suppliers that are listed above we would be happy to supply it. If it is for a small number of frames, it will not come with the same amount of savings as our stocked products, however if you are in an expensive market you could save over 50% for exactly the same product and actually get better workmanship. When you are interested in twenty or more frames, it is very possible that we can save you 60 or 70%.
