Complete Hanging Kit for a Wood Picture Frame
This kit includes two one-hole hangers, two screws, two felt bumpers, and picture hanging wire. When it is ordered without a frame, WebPictureFrames defaults to #4 wire with a listed maximum picture weight of 35 lb. When purchased with a wood frame, the hardware is selected to suit that frame.
What Each Part Does
The hangers attach to the wood frame, the wire connects the two hangers, and the felt bumpers cushion the lower corners against the wall.
Framing shop note: Put both screws only into sound wood on the frame. Confirm the complete framed weight and use a wall fastener appropriate for the wall construction; the kit does not make every frame or wall installation suitable for 35 lb.
