Flat Offset Clips for Stretched Canvas
This 20-count package contains flat offset clips for securing stretched canvas in a wood picture frame. Each package includes 1/2" screws.
Choosing the Correct Offset
Use a flat clip when the rear of the canvas stretcher is flush with the back of the wood frame. If the two rear surfaces are not flush, measure the difference and select a stepped offset clip that matches that distance.
Framing shop note: Fasten the clip only to the wood of the frame. The clip retains the wooden canvas stretcher mechanically; never put a screw through the canvas, artwork, or any exposed picture surface.
