Sawtooth Hangers for Small Wood Frames
This single sawtooth hanger is intended for small works in wood picture frames. The hanger keeps the frame close to the wall and allows minor side-to-side positioning on a wall nail or hook.
Size and Use Limits
Use this style only on small frames; the current product guidance does not recommend it for frames larger than about 16" x 20". Size alone does not establish safety, so also consider the complete framed weight and the strength of the moulding and wall attachment.
Framing shop note: Center the hanger on the top rail and fasten only into the wood frame. A two-point wire system provides more leveling control for larger or heavier frames.
