Crescent Select Super White is a bright white matboard with a clean white bevel. Its deeply pigmented surface creates a crisp boundary around photographs, graphic prints, certificates, and artwork with clear whites or cool highlights. Our framers recommend comparing it directly with the artwork paper: a bright white mat can make an aged or cream-colored sheet appear warmer.

Super White works especially well with black-and-white or color photography, contemporary prints, certificates, and artwork containing clean whites or cool highlights. Its brightness can create intentional contrast with cream paper and warmer frame finishes.

This white-core Crescent Select matboard is alpha-cellulose, acid- and lignin-free, pH buffered, and made with fade- and bleed-resistant color. The white core determines the color visible along the beveled window edge.
